Especialized services applied on the Master Plan of Salto (SP)

Our team has had the honor of actively contributing to the review of the Salto City's Master Plan, in partnership with PPA (Política e Planejamento Ambiental), with an emphasis on updating land use and occupation regulations focusing on sustainability.

We have joined the technical team at various stages of the process, including the public hearings (image below), contributing qualified input to the development of guidelines that promote more orderly urban development, compatible with the needs of the municipality.

We believe that territorial planning, when carried out in a participatory and responsible manner, is essential for the balanced growth of cities and the enhancement of their urban space.
